ordering was quick and easy, however when the item was delivered it was left in my garden out in the open in cold/wet weather. Luckily the jacket wasn't damaged but when paying over one hundred pounds for an item i did not expect it to be left outside

Goods were not up to standard as I expected,looked liked the Dressing Gown had been worn and it had no belt with it. seeemed like it had been returned once before.

Hardly ever have stuff in stock, send out wrong order, or stuff you didn't order. Say there is a 1-2 week delay & 4 weeks later you are still waiting for it with no contact from them. Wouldn't recommend them to people.

Excellent service, rpaid delivery a superb experience

I find the website easy to use and the staff at the call centre helpful. However, they have important details such as my D.O.B incorrect and I am having problems changing this. Also their delivery/collection service is let down by the driver in my area, he never leaves the parcels in the place requested but simply throws them over the fence and he never leaves a card so you only find them by chance. Also to date I have waited 2 weeks for him to collect 4 parcels which he hasn't done again if he has visited he has left no card to say so and the parcels are left in the place they have on file to collect from. I have now had to take these to the post office. Very very poor collection and delivery service

i will continue to use abound in the future as on the whole the servise has been very god.

better value for money including 10% dicount and free delivery. Staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile

great,as the prices are the same or cheaper than the high street.So i get the comfort of shopping in my own home without the hustle and bustle of the shops.

The box furniture arrived in was badly damaged and pieces were damaged,and wrong pieces put in, the other box was in good condition but there were pieces missing. i have contacted them by e-mail but have yet not received a reply.

I have always recieved a good standard of service from Abound and will continue to remain a faithfull customer.

overall very good shopping experience, did find the web site a bit difficult very long winded.

i find abound ok but not enough veriety for me or my partner as she is only a size 24-25 waist and not alot in the petit section. the same with me im a small and only a 28 waist and not hardly any clothes are in my range.thats why i tend to just order my trainers from you. If you had more smaller stuff i would deffinatly order alot more.

If an item I require is in stock, Abound are faultless. They deliver very quickly - sometimes next day, and can always be relied upon to inform me promptly should there be a delay with my order. Excellent!

I am on my 3 order with abound and have found their service excellent the first was given a delivery date and this was adhered to very impressed. Second order given a delivery date of 3 weeks which has not passed yet but the real tester will be the Nintendo Wii which was ordered today it states a delivery date of 9 weeks fingers crossed this still happens

to date no problems so i will continue to shop with you
