I recently purchased the Denon DVM-3700 to replace my CD player and as my first entry into the DVD market. I was looking for one player to cover both my audio and video needs. The DVM-3700 is that player.

The audio quality is great on my Paradigm speakers. I have found new enjoyment in CDs that I have not listened to in a long time. The DVD audio is awesome, the first disc I watched was the Matrix and I am not sure that I could watch a VHS video again!! The video quality made my old Sony TV look new again.

I highly recommend this DVD/CD player as a step up from traditional brands such as Sony, Toshiba and Panasonic.
